Ringtone License

The ringtones are licensed to you and not sold to you. All rights are reserved by Stellar Sound Waves. Only the original purchaser has the right to use them as a ringtone, notification or alarm/wakeup sound on their own smartphone, smartwatch and tablet. Any other use is not permitted. You may not resell or distribute the ringtones in any form, as this Ringtone License is non-transferable.

Royalty-free License

All products marked as “royalty-free”, such as Melody or Sample Packs, are licensed to you and not sold to you. All rights are reserved by Stellar Sound Waves. Only the original purchaser has the right to use them in their own musical compositions without paying any additional royalties, licensing fees or other fees to Stellar Sound Waves or any third party. The content can be used for both commercial and non-commercial purposes. These sounds, samples and loops may not be used isolated. They must be part of an overall musical composition. However, they may not be used to create competing products such as Sample Packs, Virtual Instruments, Expansion Packs, or other collections of sound or loop elements. You may not resell or distribute the content in any form, as this Royalty-free License is non-transferable.

Demo Tracks

Demo tracks and songs are for presentation and promotion of the content of the respective product and are not the property of the buyer, therefore they cannot be published.

Refunds

Because the products on offer are digital content, we are unfortunately unable to reverse the purchase and refund the cost once the download has been made available.

Terms

This license agreement is effective from the moment the product license is purchased or otherwise acquired. The license may be terminated if the licensee violates any of the terms of this agreement. Upon termination, the licensee agrees to destroy all copies of the product and any its contents at their own expense. Stellar Sound Waves reserves the right to modify this license agreement without prior notice.

Violation

Stellar Sound Waves reserves the right to prosecute piracy and defend this copyrighted work. Any person who shares, uploads, distributes or otherwise provides any Stellar Sound Waves product to any person or entity without permission is in direct violation of the terms of this agreement and will result in termination of all licenses and immediate revocation of all rights to use a Stellar Sound Waves product.
